I'm Riley Phillips. I've lived in Charlotte for six years, and I build custom software and AI tools for small businesses.

I didn't start out as a developer. I started my career running Google Ads for a small business, then for an e-commerce company. Next I was a financial analyst at a healthcare company, where my job was figuring out what things cost and whether they were worth it. I taught myself to build software along the way, and in 2025 I made it my full-time work.

That background is the difference in my work. I look at a process the way I used to look at a budget: where the time goes, where the money goes, and what a fix is worth. Every project starts there and ends with a system your team actually uses.

I like to see how a business runs firsthand, so when it makes sense, I'll meet with you at your place of business. Virtual works just as well. After launch the software is yours, and if you ever want support or new features, I'm available for that too.

I believe small businesses deserve the same quality of tooling the big companies have. I can deliver it at a price that makes sense for a small company because there's no agency overhead, and the software I build runs on lean, low-cost hosting.
