A usable core product is ready in weeks. Instead of spending months on a spec doc and doing the occasional check-in or review, I give you a working version of the software to start using quickly.

Getting something real in front of your team early allows us to iterate together and make sure each part of the software works how you expect.

Real users doing real work allows for quick iteration. I sit with the people using the system to see how they use it, watch where the software isn’t meeting their needs, and change it to make it even better for them.
