Physician time logging ran on paper forms that changed hands several times before someone re-keyed them. A cloud app now takes the forms directly, enforces the practice's pay rules, and puts every submission in front of the practice manager the moment it lands.

AI reporting added to a system already in use, in one week
The practice already ran the logging app I built, but every new reporting question meant asking me for a new button or filter. In one week I added an AI assistant that answers questions from the practice's real data, builds and saves reports on request, and turns them into PowerPoint or PDF presentations.

We start with discovery, in person or virtually. I learn how work actually moves through your company, then bring you a proposal that names the problem, the fix, and the business case for it.

Get working software fast
A usable core product is ready in weeks, not months on a spec doc. Getting something real in front of your team early lets us iterate together.

Refine with your team
Real users doing real work allows for quick iteration. I sit with the people using the system and change it until it works for them, not the other way around.

Yours to keep, with no subscription
Once built, the software is yours. The only ongoing cost is AWS hosting, about $1 per user per month. After launch I can support and extend the software as new needs come up.
